Missions Oatmeal and Spaghetti FUMCRO has volunteered to donate oatmeal and spaghetti on an ongoing basis to North Ellis County Outreach (NECO). The next time you are at the grocery store, please remember to pick up extra spaghetti and oatmeal for FUMCRO’s donation to NECO. Our support of these donations will enable the Outreach center to continue work and help in our community. They are also currently in need of kid friendly foods: jelly, SpaghettiO’s or microwaveable foods. Thank you for your generosity! Card Ministry Was there someone missing from their usual pew on Sunday morning? Was someone absent from Wednesday activities, UMW Circle, UMM, Youth or Sunday School? Is there someone you are praying for daily? The UMW Circle of Hearts ‘n’ Hands has a card ministry and invites you to participate. Cards will be available at the Giving Corner Table for you to use to send to those you are missing, praying for, thinking of, and wishing well. There is a church directory with the cards so you can address the envelope. You may take it and mail it, or leave it in for the Circle to mail for you. The Circle will make cards and purchase cards. If you have cards to donate, we will gladly accept them. Let’s build our loving community! ROISD Kids Mission Opportunity The Missions Committee continues to collect “kid-friendly” snacks and foods for ROISD kids who may not have enough to eat during the times when they are not in school (weekends, holidays, etc.) and school lunches are not available to them. Please place your donations in the ROISD bucket at the Giving Corner (table just outside the sanctuary). Some suggestions are:
